Refunds are only available when an event has been cancelled or rescheduled.
RPAC is a member of Live Performance Australia and adhere to the LPA Ticketing Code of Practice which highlights industry best practice – you can find the LPA Ticketing Code of Practice here.
Generally, incorrect purchases or change in ability to attend an event will not be approved.
Refund or exchange requests are unlikely to be considered post event.
Reference the email confirmation received at time of booking from rpacboxoffice@redland.qld.gov.au to complete the below fields.
